"I took car into a major VA chain shop and paid over $100 for diagnostic to identify a problem with my window master switch. I then spoke with Allan from Old Ox Tire & Auto who was able to provide feedback that he thought the problem was exactly what they ended up telling me at the other guys. This chain store then told me they couldn't get part for nearly a week and would get it done for around $490 + the diagnostic fee..... The guy even asked if I was able to leave my car for a week cause of a issue with a door window and if not I could put down a deposit 9f a couple hundred towards the job. I then talked to Allan who not only got the part that afternoon (Within 2 hours) but was able to get everything completed and out the door for over $200 less than the other guys. If you need work done in the Dulles, Sterling, Brambleton area these are the guys to see. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick not to mention fair. Highly recommend!!!!"
