"Excellent customer service. They kept me updated on what was going on, asked for my approval before repairing certain things. It is a little pricey in my opinion and my car was dirtier when I picked it up. But it is a repair shop so I guess that’s to be expected."

I had hoped the hesitation I experience when starting from a stop would be remedied, but alas, it seems to be a normal driving idiosyncrasy of an X5. Odd but it is what it is. It is my first X5 so perhaps I must reconsider BMW for my next car. Nonetheless, regarding service at LBR, I appreciate the test drives to correct it, and kind service from the staff. I would recommended LBR overall."

But having an over 20 year relationship with John and Mike at Quality Motors makes it worth while. They are honest and good at what they do and for a BMW ... the prices are more than reasonable.
