When I realized that I was overdue for an oil change (despite their friendly reminder) I was able to simply drop my car off one evening when I knew I would not need the car the next day. Before Noon (!) my oil was changed, plus several other minor repairs made. Without any change in my plans, I was on my way feeling safe and secure."

"I tried Larry Hatt's because of it's CAA affiliation and a personal recommendation by a friend. I am not new to vehicles and have done much work on them over the years so it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with Scott (service manager). There was no trying to up-sell flushes etc that the places I've been going all try to push. A full inspection report that Scott went over with me when I picked up the car, again not trying to sell/push anything. I have already recommended to other people and will definitely use again."
