Tyler and his cohorts worked me in late on Friday, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part from ABQ, had the part shipped to DRO, and had my car back to me on Monday. Note, that since the shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, that was essentially a one day turnaround."

"I have already referred you to one of my sister. I am due to come in this Monday and was very pleased you offer a shuttle service, otherwise I would have to endure the long wait. I would like to suggest one thing, my last visit I had a oil change, with a coupon was on sale. When I got the bill it was higher than I expected. This was due to a disposal fee of $3.00. It would be good your customers are aware that the coupon specials do not reflect the disposal fee, it was not printed on the coupon or mentioned to me when I first came in. It would not changed my decision to get the oil change, but would liked knowing before hand. I am now home and had the work done and very pleased. The major work I had done previously stopped the oil leak and it has never come back. That is a blessing."
