"I usually do my own work on my cars, and am very hesitant to trust most auto repair services. I tried Craig's Car Care after researching them on the Internet. I was impressed by the thoroughness and attention to detail that they demonstrated. They did quality work at a fair price. The only comment for improvement is to discuss the lead time for the repairs, as they kept my vehicle for a week. I did not push them to get it out right away, so make sure you agree on the priority of the repairs."

"Had a "clunking" sound from the front that another shop diagnosed as a rack and pinion problem. Dustin had his guys check the noise with "chassis ears" and diagnosed it as sway bars that needed to be replaced. In addition, they did an alignment and oil change and full inspection. As soon as the inspection was done, I received (via email) a detailed inspection report with items listed as good, needs monitoring, or needs repair, complete with pictures! Amazing service. Also gave me a very competitive quote for tires. The best part? The "clunking" sound is gone! I'll be coming back!"
