"I've been coming to Town and Country for many years now and I've never had to complain about anything but my last experience was not good. When I picked up the RDX, the driver side floor mat was muddy and I had clean it at home. So I thought maybe whoever moved the car forgot to put those paper mats you use. That was my nice and clean car. I try to keep that car very clean. Then the next day I picked up the CRV and same thing but really bad. Mud was all over the mat, outside the mat, even on the pedals and outside. I was very disappointed. I understand it had rained alot but how you forget to use the paper mats. I'm sure it just wasn't my cars but I was upset."

"Great quality work and very knowledgeable about VW and Audi's. Communication has not been what I was lead to believe it would be, though still better than most repair shops. They do take pictures and they can email them to show customers what they have found. For an independent shop they are not cheap, and can rival dealer prices, but quality of work is better than dealers. Overall a great place to care for your VW or Audi!"
