If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"When I took my 2010 Corolla in to have the front axle checked, the technicians did the most complete bumper to bumper check this car has ever had. I was treated with respect by all of the folks I came in contact with. This is in sharp contrast to how I was treated at Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership here in Albuquerque where I had the car last serviced. The poor conditions of the streets here in Albuquerque, which are rated the worst in the U.S. for a city this size or larger, virtually destroyed my front axle and steering column. I was born here in ABQ and it is sad to see how badly our streets have become over the years. At any rate, the experts here at Brown's did a complete repair of the front end and also repaired oil and transmission leaks. My thanks to the expert team at Brown's Parts and Automotive!"
