"I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service from the first time calling to picking up my car. I called on Tuesday after finding out that my car had been sitting all day at a place from 8:00 am until 3:30pm when I called to check on my car. I called Concours and spoke with J.R. and he said that I could bring my car right in and he would even have a rental waiting for me when I drop off my car. I was able to make it to Concours with my daughter and my dog around 4:30pm and the Enterprise Rental Car representative, Erin waiting for me to take me to my rental car. On that note.. Erin was incredible and her service was flawless as well."

"They did a pre-purchase inspection on a 2007 335i convertible. It covered many things that I had no idea about and also a lot of areas of the car you wouldn't be able to see as a buyer. They also provided an itemized report with pictures and comments along with a list of all repair costs.... As wasn't there and received the report by email and then talked to them on the phone for almost 45mins going over the inspection. It was very eye opening and worth the money."
