"First of all their work was quality and fast. Their scheduling was good, too. My only gripe is that their labor rate is $120 per hour and they literally only had the car in the garage for 15 min. I asked he tech how long it took and he said one hour. I was there to see it all. Then they still charged me for the whole hour. The coupon helped but even my attorney charges by the minute. I felt overcharged. If a business is supposed to do "estimates" and can charge more with permissions, then they should also charge less when the work is below estimates."

"I would say that Trinity Auto provides a consistent level of quality work at fair prices. Billy, who handles much of the front desk work involving scheduling appts/customer service is beyond patient and helpful. He is willing to take the time to explain work/parts involved so I am able to get a grasp on what is required to maintain my car in working order. He doesn't get annoyed with my questions/lack of general knowledge, and is willing to explain what the function of the parts I have to replace. I just wish that I could say the same for the man that was at the front desk on thursday 12/3 when I brought my car in. ( This may bring me grief, but I believe this man was either an owner or manager of some sort.) He seemed irritated with my 'chatty' demeanor, was condescending and curt to me. You asked, and I'm just reporting my perception."
