I apperciate their honest assesmentive of any repairs needed, to include the ones that can wait to be done later. I first learned about Schertz Auto service from a class mate due to needing a timing chan replaced, along with a radiator leak. John called informing me they had my car running and I didn't need to replace the chain at that moment. I asked for an estimate cost for replacment and it beat the dealer quote hands down. It's very rare to find an automotive shop to stand behind their work with a warrenty and if their are any problems after a repair they go above and beyond to correct it without accuring bill as I have found at other repair shops. Quality Service, Quality People, and Quality Technicians why would anyone take their car any place else!"

"These guys are the best! They never charge you for something you don't need. They guarantee their work. Yes I had to have $900.00 worth of work done, and it was in the shop for three days, but they gave me a ride home and back twice, and they were short handed, and twice before that they didn't charge me for diagnostics, if nothing was wrong. I would say these guys are the best in Utah county. No matter what they keep you posted on the progress of your vehicle, and they are completely honest.... Something that is impossible to find these days. You never have to worry about your car when it is in their hands."

They also show you what they did, and give full diagnostics to map it out for you, and list for you what's good, what's advisable, what needs replacing, and what's downright unsafe.
