"I made my appointment over the phone and secured the date/time I wanted for service. The shop and waiting area is always clean and the staff very friendly and professional. I brought my own specialty oil, and they discounted the oil change service accordingly without hesitation. They even provided a discount on the oil filter. My service was completed in about one hour while I waited. It's nice to have access to an independent shop whose employees are skilled, efficient and who stand behind the work that they perform. Although I live in Camarillo, I will continue to patronize this shop for the service needs of my Mercedes Benz E350 sedan."

"No BS. Honest. Exceptional quality. No up selling. They go the extra mile for the customer (why we've been customers since 2008). For example: my auto needed service, I don't get off work until after the shop closes. Burgie & Tim drove my car to my house, parked it in my driveway, locked it up and dropped the keys in my mail slot. In the past, they've given me free rentals or I elected to ride one of their cruiser bikes. It's what ever your vehicle needs and what ever they can do to help you out with your day."

"The work seems sound, but I found the parts price mark-up to be outrageous. One can't expect the parts prices to compete with the likes of Amazon.com, but 200+% of those prices to me is excessive. On my visit, the repair estimate started a lot higher than I expected, partly because it included more parts than anticipated. What concerned me was that the longer I talked with the service rep, asking questions, demonstrating automotive knowledge, stating parts prices I found elsewhere, the lower and lower the estimate kept going. I don't see that as straight shooting. Give the customer the best price once and done. I understand that a mark-up on parts and labor costs are expected and necessary to run the business. However, I think it can be done more fairly and consistently if those numbers are firm, ie. a straight mark-up percentage (somewhere in the range 25-50%) and stated hourly labor cost."
