"Overall, I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The waiting area and the shuttle were nice, too. However . . . I think you should always err on the side of caution when giving a time estimate. Saying that something will be done in the morning (even specifying that you saved "a time slot" for it) and then not getting it done until 3:00 p.m. (and not even starting on it until afternoon) just is not okay. I would have been much happier had I been told upfront "sometime today" so that I could plan accordingly. Had I been told that in the first place, I would actually have felt appreciative that you got my car in so fast. Doing it the other way just left me feeling resentful."
