If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Exceptional service. My car broke down at the airport, they sent a tow to the airport and fixed my car while I was on vacation."
|
"I have been having them do my repairs for about 15 years."
|

"Brought vehicle in concerned about windshield washer failure, odometer suddenly zeroing itself and appearance of the airbag warning light. Also asked for vehicle to be inspected for roadworthiness. Diagnostics on airbag warning light indicated a problem but indicated GM dealer diagnostic capability would be required to pinpoint problem. Windshield Washer diagnosed and corrected, brake and potential suspension problems were identified by inspection and brakes needed work now. They ordered parts and repaired rear brakes. Owner and staff were very open and helpful. I found them genuinely concerned with getting the car on the road safely, and very open about suggesting that a GM dealer had better capability to handle the diagnostic problem. I will definitely go back again"

"I'm in love with this place. From the friendly atmosphere, the homemade treats for while you wait, all of the testimonials placed on the table.. Lets just say I had a pretty good vibe walking into this place.Back Story - The Low Oil light came on in my Audi. I checked it and the dip stick was bone dry. I went to O'Riley to buy some oil (wasn't leaking - I think I burn a little oil - nothing new in German cars). My TT takes about 6.5 quarts of oil so I purchased 4 quarts total. I put three quarts in and checked the dip stick and I overfilled it by accident. I know not to drive will excess oil because you can ruin the catalytic converter and even flood the cylinders among other things. I called a near by Valvoline to see if they can drain out some oil for me. Liability purposes, they could not. It was about two miles from me so I just decided to get an oil change. They couldn't do that because my car was too low for the little tracks I have to drive over. I was desperate so I took it to a Mum & Pop Jaguar repair shop. The owner wasn't there so they didn't want to help me. He referred me to Hillside which was across the street and said if they cant help you, come back. Went to hillside, probably was there about 20 minutes. They immediately took in my car to take a look and siphoned out the access oil, didn't charge a thing, and sent me on my way. I think I found my new repair shop! Also noticed on their business cards, it states they will bring you home if need be!"

"Between this, and their Snellville location, they are the only shops we use anymore. They do what they say, offer alternatives to help with costs, and really care about their clients and community."

"I had car problems and I needed a repair shop that was honest and would not take advantage of me. I called Loganville Auto Care and spoke to Danny and he was very knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment and they promised to have my car diagnosed and back to me the same day and they delivered on their promise. I am very pleased with the work and the customer service and I was able to pick up my daughter on time from daycare. I appreciate everything and I will definitely will be using Loganville Auto Care in the future for my car repair needs. Danny and Brian were both very clear with their communication and I understood what I was being billed. My husband has now dropped his car for repair as well. Thanks."
