"I have had three experiences with Platt's Performance Plus. They fixed the electronic system of our daughter's Jeep when two other autobody's could not. Then they changed my oil twice. Not only did they change the oil though, they came and picked up my car, changed the oil, washed the car, and returned it back to me. They are wonderful to deal with in every way. I can only wish other service industries would take notice to how to keep customers happy. I will continue to use them again and again."

"You guys are great! Working for the Boys & Girls Club, we rely on only the best mechanics to ensure our vehicles are safe and road ready to transport kids. Heritage Auto has earned our business not only because they are top quality mechanics, but also because they truly represent integrity in their dealings with all customers. I don't say this just because I know they were given the integrity award by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Whenever there is a problem, we call them and they help in any way they can and in some cases, save us money by finding the best most cost effective alternative. They have even helped us free of charge at times, just because they want to support the community. A quick example of their customer service is exampled by the time I had my personal vehicle in the shop and the work took longer than expected. Tony Zanders personally drove over to his shop, pulled the children's safety seat from his truck, and told me to hop in and use it for the evening, just so I could make my appointments. You don't find that willingness to help too often anymore. You won't regret bringing your vehicle to Heritage Auto. I rank my likelihood to refer them to a friend at a 10 because I have more than once."

"I haven't been to Heritage in several years, mostly because I haven't needed any service work done on my vehicles. I was pleased that the level of professionalism, customer service, honesty and integrity has not changed since my last visit several years ago. Rex updated me regularly on the progress of the problem investigation, potential cost outcomes etc. Ultimately, the issue with my vehicle was a result of a problem I created but Heritage did not sell me any parts that weren't needed. The team at Heritage continues to be my first choice for any automotive service needs or repairs."

"When you want it fixed right the first time, this is the place to go. I had another auto shop change my transmission fluid, filter and gasket only to find out the only did half the job. they didn't flush the system just drained what was in the pan and replaced the filter and gasket. Half of the fluids where still in the system. The added some new, but because of the old fluid that was left has mixed with the new, it has left the new fluid dirty. This would happen at Autoworks."
