Summary: Genuine concern

Review: My automobiles have always been repaired with quality and promptly. They stand by their work and also offer quotes for overall repair needed to get your vehicle in tip-top shape. If I only wanted the immediate problem fixed I did not feel pressured to have everything needed fixed. I am impressed with the mechanic keeping me informed the progress of my vehicle. There is only one little complaint I have. The day I was told my vehicle was ready I arrived to pick it up and it was not ready. The situation was valid but the explanation I got when I asked about it was "It was ready", nothing else. The following day when I picked it up Jamey was his usual impressive self and explained the situation that had happened. Prior to that I was not happy...I had different thoughts running thru my mind not knowing. This is the only semi-bad situation I have ever had with your business. FYI your new mechanic, of course I forgot his name, has excellent customer service skills. I might add I have done business with Rick & Rays for more than 20 years and have always been treated with respect and received quality work. Thank you all!
