They are very, very professional and explain all of the options without any pressure. When an issue comes up during the repair, they are quick to call and inform me about all of my options. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful with explaintions I can understand. I will always use Precision as long as I have a car and I recommend them to all of my friends.
