Summary: It was literally our first..

Review: It was literally our first day in the area, and we'd put off having my car fixed during the move because of time constraints, so my wife talked me into trying Martino's when we got here. I'm VERY skeptical about new places, particularly when they're in the position to take advantage of you. That being said, Mitch was the consummate professional the entire time and really made me comfortable with the whole process. But MOST importantly, for me was, every single time I spoke with him, he remembered me, my wife's name, and asked about the move. To me, this speaks volumes. There are tons of people in and out of there everyday, so that fact that he took the time to remember us, sealed the deal. And btw, my car sounds great. So there's that, too.
