Review: I got stuck with my diesel truck and large trailer in tow in downtown Helotes. Through phone calls, it seemed that my batteries had suddenly gone bad with no warning. I first walked to the auto repair shop down the street and they wouldn't so much as look at my truck, less than a block away, until the next day. That shop obviously has no understanding of customer service. The only reason I didn't call MD Automotive first was because this other place was so close. When I call MD, they were very busy, but made time to send someone out with a battery booster to get my truck started. I then followed them over, they replaced both of my batteries (under warranty) and noticed and fixed a screw in one of the trailer tires. If you know of an auto repair business that gives better service than that, I will have a difficult time believing you. Even though our new home will be 40 minutes away from MD instead of 20, I will still be utilizing their services because I find it very difficult to believe that I will find anyone better. Thanks for everything you do MD Automotive...you're the best!!!!!!!!!
