Summary: The customer service was outstanding!..

Review: The customer service was outstanding! They arranged a same day appointment for me with ease. Were able to diagnose & fix my A/C problem and charged me well under their competitors prices. The staff drove me to a rental car company a few miles from the shop & offered to come with me to return the rental car since I couldn't drive the rental & my vehicle off the lot at the same time. (They also offered to drive me home if I didn't need/want a rental car) We used MA Automotive off the referral of a friend & we will continue to use them while living in San Antonio. One of the most painless mechanic experiences I have ever had & the first time I have ever felt a mechanic was being completely honest with the repair estimates & not trying to just get a bunch of money out of me. I can not emphasize enough how highly I would recommend this business for any automotive needs.
