Summary: Tries hard

Review: Best communications that I have every experienced with any company. All the work I had done is transparent so I cannot express an opinion on whether my car runs or feel any different. Make sure you have a lot of money because you are going to pay between 50%-300% more than any other car service company charges. I'm okay paying the $140 an hour labor rate, but I have a hard time digesting their rational on taking you to the cleaners on parts. Expect to pay about 4 times what a dealer charges. You can also expect to pay for their operational supplies and facilities. About the only thing I was not charged for is toilet paper probably because I never used the rest room.

Reply: After talking to Mr. Bean the only thing we found on the invoice was that the spark plug price was incorrect, we refunded the difference, we do appreciate the input. I also went over the entire invoice to check all of our prices and they are all inline.
