Review: I took my Escalade to Rick & Rays after several failed diagnosis from previous mechanics. Rick & Rays promptly diagnosed the problem & gave me an estimate. They were very honest, straightforward & efficient. After I put my car in the shop, there was a slight issue with the struts being electrical & they informed me it would take a little longer (parts came in that afternoon) & offered me a rental car. I was shocked! I had never heard of such. Even though I did not take the rental, the gesture was greatly appreciated. All staff (secretary & mechanics) we very personable & friendly. The office was clean & even had a small section for children to play (toys & books), which was nice for my toddler while we waited. Every costumer encounter I witnessed with Sergio & Jamie was met with honesty & respect. Most of the costumers also seemed to have been there before for previous auto issues. They also offer discounts for military & other things. The integrity of these guys is bar none. I am glad I found a place in Fort Worth that I feel more than comfortable bringing my car to & will do so in the future. I was recommended to Rick & Rays by a colleague. I recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
