Summary: I am satisfied

Review: The friendly, knowledgeable service is second to none. In my 36 years living in Rochester, I have been a customer at many service stations, but none can hold a candle to the clear, patient communication the service technicians provide. I am always so pleased when I leave Babcock Auto Care to feel that my car was completely and professionally tended while I waited comfortably in the lovely, clean customer area. It means a lot to me that the staff behind the counter is so congenial and thorough in explaining the service performed and what is needed next.
