Summary: Very Satisfied

Review: Overall I am very satisfied, but I have one complaint. I went in for a routine oil change, and upon completion, I was charged 3.99 for 1 gallon of window washer fluid. I was not informed that they would be replacing my window washer fluid, nor charging me for it separately from the oil change, especially since I have a gallon of my own washer fluid in the backseat. It was only 4 bucks, but it's the principle of the matter. I feel like it was an excuse to make an easy couple bucks without consulting the consumer first.

Reply: John, thank you for your review and comments. It's policy to check all the fluids on each vehicle and top them off accordingly. Washer fluid is the most requested for top off by customers even though we automatically do it. On the very rare occasion that a customer has their own, we are happy to remove it from the bill upon request. We would be happy to credit your next service for the amount charged for washer fluid and we'll take your comment into consideration. Thank you.
