Summary: So Skillful!

Review: The exceptionally high level of courtesy that I receive at Babcock Auto Care is unparalleled. I became a customer after a particularly unsatisfactory experience at a local dealer's repair shop. My only regret is not visiting Babcock sooner! I appreciate the clean, spacious, comfortable, 'upscale' customer waiting area as well as the polite, efficient manner with which my car's status is communicated to me. I feel free to ask questions when I don't understand, although the service technicians are remarkably skilled in patiently explaining complex, technical procedures in simple terms. I always leave feeling like a valued customer, and, if this is possible, I look forward to returning!
