Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: I had my vehicle towed to your establishment because it broke down and it needed repair. Prior to towing, I spoke with a representative of your company and was told that repair should cost no more than $500 + towing, though exact cost could not be confirmed until the vehicle was at your shop. That sounded like an acceptable answer so I let you arrange towing of my vehicle. The next day I received a quotation from your company in the amount of $966 - more than $400 what it was estimated at prior to towing over over the phone. I was also told that the $966 was just to get the vehicle running and there was an underlying problem as it was noticed that oil was in the cooling system and that could cost upwards of another $1000 to fix. I called around for quotations from local repair shops and was given a quotes of $480 and $500 for the repair of the serpentine belt and tensioner arm, plus system flush that your company quoted me $966 (minus the $69 tow charge). I called your service rep back and asked why such a price disparity with the other local shops - he could not answer and his only solution to try to get your price quotation closer was to remove some of the services in the original quote. Why would I want to pay more for less? I had my vehicle "re-towed" to Beyer Automotive on Factory Rd. Beyer diagnosed the oil in the coolant system and gave me a quote for the total fix - which so happened to be all of the services included in your original quotation PLUS installation of a new water pump for THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS than what I was quoted by your company for just the serpentine belt and tentioner. I am out the additional $69 for the tow, but the savings received from a reputable repair shop to "fix" my vehicle is well worth it. Your employees are friendly and gave good customer service - by arranging the tow to your shop and sending me quotations which I am grateful for, but you are SO over priced that there is absolutely no way I will ever recommend your company to anyone I know.
