Summary: Need to give quotes better

Review: My experience was a very good experience except for the quote they gave me over the phone. They called and gave me a price and I asked if it included labor and was told yes. So when I went to pick my vehicle up I was expecting to pay that price so when they told me it would be 250.00 more I was shocked and when I said I was quoted a different price they said sorry that was parts only without labor and I told them I asked if that included labor and was told yes they said sorry we didn't understand. The only thing they did was find a coupon on line and subtracted that. Now the work they did was excellent!! And the service and friendliness was excelent!!! Just make sure you go over the prices 2 or 3 times!!!!
