Review: At the beginning of contact I was pleased with the kindness and concern Robert had, however after the diagnosis, I felt oversold and was recommended one service that was bogus so when I declined some unnecessary services-I was given a guilt trip. I was also annoyed when I asked for my part back upon picking up my car I was told it was supposed to be requested at time service was agreed to. HUH?! It's the law and if I asked for it back early there could be time to tamper with it. For a first time customer that doesn't have a relationship with you, you do what they ask without making condescending comments to your customer.
