Summary: Love how friendly they are

Review: I would recommend Concours Motors. Making the appointment was quick and easy. The manager was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The grounds are clean and spacious, including the large, open garage area and a quiet waiting room. The maintenance was completed promptly, and the manager took time to answer several questions about what the service covered and future service requirements of the manufacturer. I left the shop with the impression that this is a professional, well-run operation. I will continue to patronize Concours Motors for the maintenance and repair of my Mercedes Benz, even though I do not live in Ventura.
