Summary: First of all

Review: First of all, if I could, I would give Pearl City Auto Works 10 stars instead of 5 stars. The servicing done on November 17, 2025 was the most pleasant as well as satisfying experience I have ever had in more than 20 years of servicing my vehicle at dealerships and shops. Shay and Napua were professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, and honest regarding their interaction with me. The waiting room is cool, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean as well with really nice liquid hand soap and paper towels. I was fortunate to sit facing large windows enabling me to observe the tech working on someone's vehicle. As stated, Shay had my vehicle's servicing completed in one hour. I was pleased with my bill as it was reasonable, given the work performed. Wow! This place snaps, crackles and pops. Kudos to Shay and Napua and the crew as well. Keep up the good work!
