Review: This was my first time in. I chose them for their reputation with German cars, and I had a drivability issue. I was happy with my other place, but having worked in the automotive dealership world, I know the value of a good technician. So I gave Neil’s a try. It took a while to get in. Probably because they were busy, but I am a patient person (usually). I had the vehicle bright in two days before its appointment. The next afternoon, I received an inspection report. Very detailed. Years ago, I used to do this with text message and I found customers liked this. Being on the other end, I see why. I had a pretty good idea what to expect. Next morning, a call. Clear explanation. Clear estimate. Easy yes. That afternoon, all done. Paid the bill picked it up after hours. All fixed. A very drama free repair and experience.
