Review: Well, I took my car to be diagnosed. What was wrong with it and they called me back in a few hours and said my drivers rear wheel bearing had to be replaced. They charged me $186 to do a diagnose on my Lexus. I asked them if they would put the $186 towards the $611 that they wanted to charge and they said no I had to pay the $186 separate so I picked up my car and took it to Les Schwab. They put my car on the left and test drove it and said both rears had to be replaced with wheel bearings out the door it was $707. I totally didn’t feel ripped off from them at all. One other thing I wanted to mention is my husband just replaced my cabin air filter went to Walmart picked it up for $20 and put it in my glove box where your cabin filter goes. You guys want to charge me $154.82 minus labor to put in a cabin air filter so by me taking my car to Les Schwab and getting both rear wheel bearings replaced it cost me $707 instead of almost $1400 from you. No I would not recommend Lauren auto repair shop at all.
