Summary: That

Review: That there a worthless shop that cant follow simple directions they took my car apart and they had no reason to they needed to check the ECM and they took the engine bay apart and did a crappy job putting it back together we found several broken miss placed parts. The car wouldn't go into gear right there was a part that they broke off hanging down onto the shift linkage and wouldnt let the car go into gear. They took up the heat shield around the exhaust overall had a very crappy experience with this shop and never will go back

Reply: Here is the list of issues they came in for and wanted checked, when we gave them the list of issues we found from items blowing fuses to other parts that were failing, including the pictures and videos we sent them showing what we found her boyfriend who had been working on it and just throwing parts on it was going to fix it himself. Her car was put back together exactly how we found. When she came in she was very happy and telling us she was just frustrated with the car because of all the issues they have had with it. Her boyfriends issue it that he did not think he should have to pay us for the time we spent figuring everything out with her car. Since we take pictures and videos of everything we find and send them to our customer I would love to have them bring the car back and show us what they supposedly found so we can go back and look at the pictures and refute her claims. THROWING A BUNCH OF CODES/ NOT ACTING RIGHT CHECK AC SYSTEM CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON CHECK ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CHECK TRANSMISSION NOT SHIFTING CORRECTLY
