Summary: I wouldn't

Review: I wouldn't consider going anywhere else unless forced to by a recall! The service at Palmer is consistently dependable and efficient. I easily schedule appointments that are convenient for me. If I call between visits, staff are friendly, helpful, and give me useful answers. They give me estimates and contact me if additional service is needed so I can decide to have it done or to postpone it. With other Auto services, I have come to pick up my car only to find that something else was needed. Since I wasn't contacted, I then had to reschedule when everything could have been completed had there just been better communication.
