Review: I appreciate how soon you were able to get my van to find out why the airbag system indicator light came on and went off a few days later! Thank you! I was not aware of the other inspections being done at the same time. Took me by surprise when informed by phone call that there was a problem with right rear brake system. Mixed feelings but trusted that the discovery of problem was legit! Again thank you for finding it in the shop instead of it revealing itself in a less convenient location!! FYI-I created an expectation of more timely updates when I accepted a request by Big Al’s to get updates via text. Not because I love texts 😊 but I was unprepared for my means of transportation to be unavailable for two days when my expectation had been set at drop off for a morning!! In retrospect I could have used ‘heads up’ texts instead of after 5 phone calls.
