Summary: Called

Review: Called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone said a full diagnosis was $125. Brought it in the next day for noises coming from what sounds like a failing pump. The said a diagnosis is actually $175, and all they concluded was that my car was very low on oil. I check it regularly and it wasn’t. They put 5 quarts of oil in and said I’m good to go. The noise is still there and just as loud. I drove it directly to another mechanic who checked everything out, emptied my oil, and emptied 12 quartz, exactly 5 quartz over. Even had pictures to prove it. Wouldn’t trust Loren’s, but gave a second star because at least the guy was nice.
