Review: I have been taking my car here for the last couple years since it’s been so convenient being close to home. After the experiences I’ve had during the last few visits, I have decided I am no longer bringing my car here. I was told yesterday that my oil change would cost $157. I understand I don’t get the basic oil change but that is still ridiculously expensive. The service tech informed me their pricing increased. I would have left and taken my car elsewhere, but I was already there and didn’t have the time to go elsewhere this time around. Several months ago, they told me they recommended that I have a bunch of things done on my car that should be addressed immediately. The tech quoted me over $7,000 for everything. I was shocked. I was expecting maybe $2,000. My grandfather (a retired auto mechanic) ordered most of the parts and did the work himself for under $500. That just shows that I was going to be grossly overcharged for either the parts or the labor. I feel this industry takes advantage of women. I may not know much about cars, but I’m no idiot.
