Review: I had a system shut down from overheating on a Friday afternoon, while traveling through Wyoming. Their tow truck picked me and my truck up, with my service dogs. After bringing the vehicle to the shop, the tow truck driver was nice enough to bring me to the gas station so I could cash a couple EFS checks, then took me and my dogs to a nearby hotel. After diagnosing my truck at the beginning of the next week, Andy personally called me with the bad news that I had warped my pistons and needed a new engine. I had ran it kind of hard for 3 days with multiple warning lights lit up. With such a big mechanical issue I was pleased with how quickly they took charge of the situation after inquiring what I wanted to do. As soon as I gave the green light, they ordered an engine from Denver and had it shipped over within 3-5 days. They were diligent in getting my engine in, and even found a leak in my radiator that they quickly fixed. The day before finishing everything I dropped by the shop to see the progress, and Andy walked me through everything that got repaired, showing me my old engine and radiator. Truck runs great. I appreciate their professionalism throughout the entire ordeal. If I didn't live in Ohio, I would make them my only mechanics. Thank you guys! Awesome Job.
