Review: To: Tire Pro I recently had the pleasure of being serviced by Angel Salas Muro, Braden Parent and Blake Chapman. After such a positive experience of their great people skills, I felt compelled to write this letter of appreciation. Thank you for your wonderful listening skills, your great hospitality and your compassionate way of demonstrating your duties with your customers. I was immediately greeted by Braden Parent who despite the busy schedule, was able to quickly schedule my tire repair service. It humbled me so much because I was made to feel like a member of the family who you hadn’t seen in a while and made to feel at home. It all started with the exceptional greeting by Mr. Parent, then by service personnel Angel Salas Muro and Blake Chapman. They all exhibited a cheerful demeanor, an enthusiastic personality, coupled with an exceptional positive work ethic. It was obvious they are all sincere and dedicated individuals. They are polite and wonderful people. They exhibit great people skills when dealing with others. Furthermore, regardless as to “where” or “Who” they may be employed, the fact is clear – the recipient of their services will receive a job well done and one which will stand out above and beyond the norm.   This is definitely a reflection of the leadership and captain of the ship.
