Review: I've been a loyal customer for many, many years but no longer. My phone charger was taken from my car and when I brought it to management's attention I was not believed and essentially disregarded, and dismissed! It seems I deserve some semblance of regard and/or respect, and to have my issue addressed raather than being treated rudely and sent on my way. I'm not only surprised at the response i received, I'm truly upset, A Meineke employee strealing from me is a first and it's highly upsetting to say the least, simply because my experience has forever been excellent. A search for a reputable car repair business is unfortunately under way.
