Summary: Highly recommend

Review: LBR's cutomer service and quality of work is fantastic. We were visiting the Seattle area on vacation and developed suspension issues with our 2018 Kia Sportage. We called all the Kia dealerships in the area as well as some other independent repair shops and none could give us an appointment in under two week's time. We needed to get back to Illinois, and LBR was the only shop that would take us on an emergency basis be rearranging some other work. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us a price estimate, and had the work done within a couple of hours. They went out of their way to help us out, knowing that there would be no way that we would ever become recurring customers. We can not express enough how much we appreciate their kindness and courtesy. LBR is a terrific business that does great work. We highly recommend them.
