Review: Customer service is bar none the best experience I've had with any sort of shop! Had my X5 towed here, they quickly got to diagnosing the issue and gave me a rundown of all issues they noted as well as expected cost. They really work hard to keep you informed the whole way. Special shout out to Ken for being a fantastic point of contact, James L. for doing a thorough diagnosis of the issue and AJ for coming by my work to bring me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. A+ team for sure!
