Review: If you are having a problem with your vehicle Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) is the place to take your vehicle. Service is great and the personnel are knowledgeable and easy to work with for your repair. (This is my second time getting my 2000 Ford Ranger repaired by PCAW.) I described what was happening with my windshield washer and wanted the washer replaced with a new one. PCAW said OK and that they needed to run a diagnostic prior to replacing the washer even though they had the replacement part on hand. To make a long story short - my nozzles were clogged, cleared and did not require replacement of the washer. I considered that the service supplied went that one step further to ensure what the repair required and is just a small example of the service expected from a auto repair shop. Well done to PCAW! I will be a returning customer.
