Review: Did not get good service at all. I stopped at Meineke #..0938 to ask them if they could help me. My check engine light came on and I wanted to know if they would be able to help me. The employee said take your car around back and someone would come out. I waited for not less than 15 minutes and no one came. I went to the back door and asked if they knew how long it would be. This person who appeared to be in management then tells me to go up front and give the desk my keys. I did this and had to give all my information for some paper work. I did this and waited outside waiting for help. Another 20 minutes past with no one coming out. I went back in and asked for my keys and left. I then went to Autozonr just up the street. The employee I talked to immediately got his machine. In less than 5 minutes, he ran the test, told me the problem and sold me the part I needed to fix my issue. I usually don’t respond to these question, but my wife were on a special trip and missed several things that we wanted to do at certain times.
