Summary: Excellent service

Review: We took our car to a repair shop in Poplar Grove IL for an exhaust repair estimate and we were told that the repair would cost $1300. Supposedly the exhaust pipe had drug on the ground, and it broke the catalytic converter at the flange and the entire exhaust system would need to be replaced. As a “car guy” I felt I needed to look at it myself so I brought the car home and couldn't see the damage to the catalytic converter. At that time, I felt I needed another opinion and so I contacted DJ at All-Tech. I've done business with All-Tech in the past and I trust what they tell me, and the quality of their work is excellent. They were able to get the car into the shop within 24 hours and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the catalytic converter. In fact, the whole exhaust system did not need to be replaced, it just needed a new exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler. The out the door charge was $153. Can't say enough good things about DJ and his staff. Katie is always super friendly and helpful and Nathan the service technician who did the work did an excellent job.
