Summary: First

Review: First time customer. Friendly service, and their location is very convenient for anyone local. However, they are very pricey, and my main issue was also not resolved. I brought my 2016 Escape in with multiple dash lights on and a problem with it stalling out (so not in good shape lol). I paid $800 for a purge valve replacement, which is a fix I’ve paid $350 for at other shops. My car was returned with multiple dash lights still on, and unfortunately still stalls out. Overall, I appreciate the friendliness and accommodating nature of the employees, but due to issues with pricing and service I can’t truly recommend this shop.
