He was very helpful, courteous and professional. Knowing we were in route to a campground, he was able to fit us in without impacting existing customer's repair schedules. Alex (alignment guru) & Brien (The Wildcat) performed miracles in repairing our camper! They were patient with hubby sticking his head in to see what they were doing and did a great job of sharing what and how they were making the repairs. The issue with the camper could have been catastrophic on the road. The repairs and suggested upgrades will provide for safe travels. The options offered with detailed descriptions were made with no sales pressure. They offered a place for us to hookup if we needed to stay the night if we could not make it to our next destination.
