Summary: Excellent

Review: Quality of work is usually excellent. However, some mechanics need to be better supervised (cleaning up their grease marks on car or interior, not leaving dirty, oily rags under the car hood). When situation(s) are pointed out to them, they are quick to clear up the problem, and to apologize. But customers shouldn't need to call it to their attention. Dispite the few incidents, I have been going to Hometowne for many years and will continue to do so.
