Review: I would tell them to go else where. The service rep was very rude to my disabled wife and they didn't even look at the issue I mentioned about my concern. They knew more than me cause there a "mechanic" shop. And when they say they'll call you back, it's questionable cause I left several messages for a call back so I can file a complaint or address my concerns. Haven't heard anything back. I left several messages in about a month period. I wanted to speak to someone other than Mark at the service counter consider that's who I have a complaint against. My wife is deaf and reads lips. And as I was there getting the vehicle he knew of this. My wife gets into the car and drives down the road and doesn't even get to Albertsons and she's calling me scared and concerned cause it's shaking badly. I'm like okay sweetheart I'll look at it and see if I can do anything. I call lorens and speak with Mark and he's like it's your break it's your breaks have her come back. So I tell my wife to head over there and see if they can do anything. My breaks are new and don't even have 400mi on them. She gets back there and he's all coming out side yelling at her saying look here it's your breaks and can't even make eye contact. Well she didn't understand a thing he said and felt very mistreated in this altercation. Also made her feel like she doesn't know anything about cars cause she's a girl... This was very unprofessional and very disrespectful I believe after paying 1400 for a repair. And I still haven't heard back from the office. Thank you,
