Summary: Very comforting

Review: They do not return calls actually they avoid customer service all together. It took a month for them to tell me that my truck with 156,000 that the engine was shot. Not doubt there will be a second opinion. They were telling me this without even having the valve cover off.

Reply: We are sorry we took longer than you would have liked with your truck. We were short handed, and were told on several occasions that you were in no hurry and had other transportation. We also returned phone calls regularly and explained the status, so we are not sure of the basis of this complaint. The failure of your engine was verified with very sophisticated testing using a lab scope, which helps identify problems without substantial teardown. This method is very accurate and precise. I apologize for not explaining that to you better, but I thought we did you a service in saving you money by not tearing it down further. We are sorry we weren’t better able to help you see that value, but thought we were acting in your best interest.
