Review: I would tell them to call around and do their homework shop around because this place is rip off to Active Duty Military with regard’s to vehicle repair prices and they were not transparent in the beginning with how much it would cost to drop the vehicle off to check the engine light. I initially called to get a rough estimate on how much it would cost to have my 2011 Honda Accord Catalytic converter fixed. The service advisor told me to swing by (scheduled appt. 15 March 2024) and they would let me know once they look at it. I drove from Suffolk, Va to Virginia Beach and dropped the car off 14 March 2024 and Upon arrival, service rep told me it would cost $186.00 to check the car check engine light, which was never mentioned from our initial phone conversation. I just wanted a rough estimate for budgeting purposes. Had I known, I would have cancelled immediately!!! Since I drove so far, I just agreed to pay. John told me that the $186.00 would go towards the repair, once they inspected the check engine light to see what was wrong. My car was supposed to be returned back to me 15 March 2024. It started getting late, so I decided to call and the service rep told me that the mechanics were not able to get to my car, on my scheduled appointment date. The service rep contacted me on 16 March 2024 the day after my scheduled appointment and told me that the repair would cost roughly $4,000. I told the service rep, that I was not expecting that price and I couldn’t afford it. I asked the service rep if the $186.00 that I paid can go towards one of the items on the car that they told me needed attention. His response was, no. Due their lack of respect for customer time, I was unable to pick up my car 16 March 2024 because my wife was out with the one car we had. They were closed on Sunday and I had to take time off work to pick up my car 18 March 2024. Upon arrival, I paid the $186.00 and asked for a copy of the report that showed what the engine light code write up. The service rep told me that I should have
